Yes! All birthday parties are private, 2-hour events with exclusive access to our entire play & party space. A dedicated party attendant handles setup, hosting, and clean-up.

Friday Evening Parties
Friday evening parties may be available by special request, but they are not listed for online booking. Please contact us directly to check availability.

All packages include up to 18 children (birthday child included) and about 40 guests total (kids + adults). Need more? We can discuss as long as it does not exceed our capacity limits.

All parties include coordinating table settings (plates, cups, napkins, utensils), tablecloths, a neutral/textured runner, and simple happy birthday banner. Our Signature Theme package and The EverPlay Experience package include all of the above plus balloon set-ups and more (check each package for specific details).

Absolutely. Choose from our Signature Themes or choose a unique theme with our EverPlay Experience package. For custom themes (or Etsy items you love), please give us 2+ weeks so we can source, receive, and style everything beautifully

Yes! Outside desserts are welcome.

Most families bring in pizza and bottled drinks. We’ll dress the pizza & gift tables in coordinating linens. Please no hot trays/sternos on play surfaces and no glass.

We do the set-up for you. You’re welcome to arrive 10–15 minutes early to place desserts or favors; we’ll have your tables set and ready. After the party, we handle clean-up.

Yes! Popular add-ons include extra party time, an arch backdrop + banner combo, and additional balloon garlands/columns. Ask for our current add-on menu.

You can choose to do food & cake first or play first. We can discuss this as we plan your party together!

We are a shoes OFF, socks ON facility. Every guest must remove their shoes. No bare feet. We sell socks for children and adults if they are forgotten!

Yes, every guest must sign our waiver. You will be provided with a link to share with each guest so they can be signed before the event, and they’ll also have the option to sign upon arrival at our kiosk.

We do the party set-up. Please make sure we have all decor at least one week before the party so it can be set up before you arrive that day. No outside balloons permitted. We provide balloons through our preferred vendors.

We know life happens. A nonrefundable deposit (applied to your balance) secures your date. With 14+ days’ notice, you may reschedule once without a fee to any available date/time. Within 14 days, payments are transferable only if we can rebook your slot.

Yes. We have space to park a few strollers and accessible restrooms. Let us know if you have any specific needs. We’re happy to help.
